Dr. Henry brings personal experience to her work with an emphasis on integrating love and pain, self-compassion and transformation.

Dr. Henry has held long-term faculty and administrative positions at several universities in PA and OH, and has developed and implemented educational programs at universities, community groups and in her private practice.  

She earned a doctoral degree in education from the University of Pittsburgh and is a licensed occupational therapist in PA. She is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation and holds specialty coaching certificates for grief education, addiction & recovery, ADHD and positive psychology.
